Our normal fulfillment lead time is two business days (Monday-Friday) from order placement. Gift boxes are sent using Ground Shipping.
Requesting a delivery date faster than these guidelines does not guarantee arrival by your desired date.
We are not liable for delays due to external factors like weather, incorrect addresses, closures, or UPS operational issues.
Please ensure someone is available to receive packages. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after UPS confirms delivery. For warm destinations, we cannot take responsibility for items that are left outside and melt.
For buildings without a doorman or an attendant, ensure the recipient is present to avoid theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
For commercial addresses with a mailroom, confirm delivery with the recipient, as UPS’s responsibility for delivery ends once it confirms delivery to the mailroom.

Return Policy
We offer a standard 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Several types of goods exempt from being returned would be and not limited to – Maple Syrup and Jam.
We may require a 20% Restocking Fee for orders that do not follow the requirements above or negligence on behalf of the buyer. (example; undeliverable, incorrect shipping address, exchanges and/or lack of proof of damaged goods)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
